Join me for a one off dance fit session at Rooftop Studios and lets burrrrrn! If you're like me and may have overindulged this Easter come and join me and we'll dance away some of the extra calories! :D Fun, mad mix of high energy dance styles- no big routines just follow along and have a ball! Dance is a physical activity, should you be aware of any health conditions that may affect you exercising you must consult your doctor before taking part.
